We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Store Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our materials store. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of store personnel, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of store personnel in receiving, stocking, and issuing materials

Maintain accurate inventory records using a ERP

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to ensure inventory accuracy

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the store

Identify and address discrepancies in inventory levels

Investigate and resolve stock shortages and damages

Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Train new staff members on store operations and procedures

Assist with resolving production inquiries and issues related to materials
