Job Description

As a Blockchain Developer at Polo Ventures, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling our advanced blockchain solutions. You will work on projects integrating blockchain with traditional systems, ensuring secure, scalable, high-performance applications. Your expertise will contribute to the ongoing development of our launchpad platform and DeFi offerings, helping to shape the future of decentralized technology.

Please note that we are currently seeking candidates located in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop high-performance blockchain applications and smart contracts.
  2. Lead the architecture and implementation of secure and scalable blockchain protocols.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with our platform and tools.
  4. Optimize and improve the performance of existing blockchain applications.
  5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and apply them to ongoing projects.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of experience in blockchain development, with a strong understanding of blockchain architectures, consensus algorithms, and smart contracts.
  2. Proven experience with EVM-based blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance, and Polygon.
  3. Proficiency in any blockchain language, preferably Solidity or Rust.
  4. Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
  5. Experience with Google Cloud for cloud infrastructure management.
  6. Knowledge of Python, Rust, React, or Typescript is a plus.
  7. Knowledge of AI technologies is a plus.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
