Country Manager-Pakistan at Berlitz Pakistan | Leading Business Growth Strategies

Summary of Position:

The Instructor is to ensure that the customers' experience at Berlitz meets or exceeds their expectations in terms of quality, with a learner-centered and goal-oriented language instruction adhering to the principles and techniques of the Berlitz Method. The ambience of the classroom should be one where customers feel motivated, satisfied, and their goals are fulfilled. Quality enhancement, consistency and customer satisfaction are what an instructor should be committed towards working at.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Instruction: Lessons are to be delivered using the Berlitz Method and teaching principles, while integrating technology where required. The Berlitz Learning Cycle is to be implemented at all levels of instruction, i.e., beginner, intermediate and advanced-level students of all ages in large classes, groups and private lessons, both at the Language Center and at company/client locations.

Learner Management/Learning Cycle: All administrative tasks, along with customers' progress, strength and weaknesses are to be provided in a timely manner as well as promoting LC events to customers. Adhere to your respective teaching schedules, communicate issues, concerns and requests directly to the supervisor in a timely manner. Actively participate in a professional development workshops and activities provided in the Language Center and at Berlitz corporate locations.

Additional Responsibilities: An instructor is required to conduct placements, level-checks, tests and write reports. As well as, carry out additional responsibilities assigned by Local Manager of Instruction.

Other Duties: This job description does not imply that these are the only duties of this position. Employees are required to follow all job related instructions and perform other tasks requested by the direct supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required

A level Education preferred.

Requirements:

- College degree or equivalent background, as well as, native fluency in the desired language.

- Agree to be observed, evaluated, and to provide self-assessment feedback

- Maintain a collaborative relationship with other Berlitz employees

- Commit to follow the Berlitz International and local Codes of Conduct.
