Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher located in Gujranwala. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules of truck drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, and efficiently routing trucks to optimize delivery performance. Daily tasks include communicating with drivers, customers, and vendors, handling urgent situations with quick and calm decision-making, maintaining records, and overseeing the timely loading and unloading of goods.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using dispatching software and other related technology
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
  • Knowledge of logistics, transportation regulations, and routing
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in truck dispatching or logistics is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or related fields are a plus
