Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an RCM Specialist - Wound Care located in Karachi Division. The RCM Specialist will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle processes of wound care specialty, including billing, coding, and claims processing. The specialist will coordinate with healthcare providers and patients to ensure accurate and timely submissions and will address any issues related to denied or delayed claims. Exceptional customer service and adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines will be necessary for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and general Medicine principles
  • Proficiency in billing and coding for healthcare services
  • Experience working with healthcare providers and understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
