Purpose

The Manager of Cybersecurity (Identity & Access Management) is responsible for selecting, implementing, and operationalizing identity and access management (IAM) tools, technologies, and solutions. The role will work with ITG to identify access-related requirements within solutions and provide appropriate solutions.

ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Access Management Process
  • Develop and implement IAM processes that align with organizational objectives, including defining policies and procedures, designing IAM architecture (WAF, CPAM, etc.), and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Evaluate new IAM technologies and recommend strategies for their implementation as appropriate.
Identity & Access Management Systems
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of IAM systems, including identity provisioning, authentication, and access control (WAF, CPAM, etc.).
  • Ensure IAM systems are available, secure, scalable, and compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor IAM activities and audit logs to identify potential security threats and mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop IAM policies and procedures, address issues, and ensure systems meet business requirements.
Identity Access Governance & Administration
  • Manage the administration and governance of identities and access rights for IAM solutions, including user interfaces and workflow engines for requesting and approving access, including ad-hoc and role-based requests.
  • Design and develop the overall IAM governance and regulatory framework.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of core cybersecurity experience in large enterprises, including at least 1 year in IAM-related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field; a master's degree in CS or related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.
