Get it done: liaise closely with our customers' developers, write code, and make successful Backbase implementations happen.

Meet the job

Your goal is to seamlessly integrate the Backbase platform into our customers' systems. Implementations generally take around half a year, during which you will travel to build relationships and liaise with developers on-site. During projects, you will be the expert for anything related to backend development and will bring home components that can be reused or further developed.

Backbase speaks Agile software development, just like you. You will write clean, efficient code, run tests, and coach a team of developers on the client and partner side. You will also provide training to those who work with the platform. You know when to be creative and when to consult your colleagues. Because you will be working on a global scale, you easily adapt to any work culture.

The pressure is high, the clock is ticking, and customer expectations are sky-high. With your confidence and skills, you meet and exceed customer desires. You will encounter situations that demand prompt, yet smart actions. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.

  • You talk Java, you love Spring, you like Microservices, and you have extensive experience with integration patterns and frameworks (Apache Camel, Spring Integration);
  • You are a creator, sensitive to product enhancement – you evolve and adapt to changing software landscapes;
  • We won't have to tell you anything about enterprise software architectures or web technologies, because your expert knowledge is up to date.
