Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst based in Pakistan to support our finance team. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, reporting, ERP system implementation, and monthly close activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to an international, fast-paced SaaS environment.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across time zones and contribute significantly to our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term financial plans.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for decision-making.
    • Analyze variances and provide insights on actual results versus forecasts.
    • Monitor key financial and operational metrics, preparing management reports.
  2. ERP System Implementation
    • Support the rollout of ERP systems such as NetSuite or Business Central.
    • Assist with testing, data validation, and documenting financial workflows.
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure system alignment with reporting needs.
  3. Month-End & Financial Reporting
    • Support month-end closing, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
    • Prepare consolidated financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Work with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  4. Ad Hoc Support
    • Perform financial analysis and modeling for internal stakeholders.
    • Contribute to projects such as pricing strategies, cost optimization, or M&A activities.
Qualifications
  • ACCA-qualified or equivalent; background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely.
