Open Roles:

  • 1x Senior Full Stack Developer [React + Django] with AI (2+ years)
  • 2x Junior Full Stack Developers [React + Django + AI] (1+ year)

As a Senior Developer at FalconXoft, you'll lead the development of intelligent full-stack applications, integrating advanced AI capabilities from the ground up. You'll work across cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize robust platforms while mentoring junior team members and upholding high engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React (Hooks, Redux) and Django (DRF, ORM).
  • Build and integrate AI-based features from scratch, including:

LLM/NLP models using Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, and LangChain.

RAG-based systems for intelligent Q&A and chatbot solutions.

Real-time AI APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

  • Deploy models on Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP AI Platform.
  • Integrate vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, and ChromaDB for embedding-based search.
  • Work on containerized deployments using Docker (bonus: Kubernetes knowledge).
  • Conduct code reviews, guide architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers if required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in React and Django development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM application engineering.
  • Strong Python skills with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  • Expertise in integrating OpenAI, LangChain, and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Deep knowledge of vector stores (FAISS/Pinecone) and modern search algorithms.
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Solid understanding of scalable system design, version control, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.

Junior Developer Responsibilities:

  • Build frontend features using React.
  • Develop APIs and backend logic with Django and Django REST Framework.
  • Integrate external AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) into the stack.
  • Write clean, efficient code and handle routine debugging.
  • Collaborate on building modern AI-enabled web features and tools.
  • Follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience with React and Django in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools or APIs is preferred.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, Git, and frontend/backend integration.
  • Strong desire to build innovative applications.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
