Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in credentialing and provider enrollment within the healthcare industry. This position is on-site and requires working closely with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely credentialing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing process for providers.
• Verify and maintain provider credentials, licenses, and certifications in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Submit and track applications for enrollment with commercial and government payers.
• Maintain up-to-date records in credentialing databases and internal systems.
• Communicate with insurance companies and providers to resolve credentialing issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
• Monitor and follow up on expiring credentials to avoid disruptions in billing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support timely reimbursement and provider onboarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Credentialing Specialist/Analyst in a healthcare or medical billing setting.
• Strong knowledge of insurance payer enrollment, credentialing regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, Medicare, and Medicaid enrollment.
• Proficiency in credentialing software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with providers and insurance companies.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
