Job Overview

We're looking for a driven and tech-savvy Email Marketing & Lead Generation Intern to help us grow our client base. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to extract leads at scale and run cold email campaigns using the right tools. If you're excited by data, automation and B2B outreach.

Location: Block L, Johar Town Phase 2, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract leads in bulk from sources like LinkedIn, directories, and online tools
  • Use scraping tools, Chrome extensions, and enrichment platforms to build prospect lists
  • Launch and manage bulk cold email campaigns for outreach
  • Personalize and segment email sequences for better deliverability and response rates
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, bounce rates) and tweak campaigns for improvement
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems
  • Stay current on email marketing tools, scraping methods, and lead gen trends

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with email marketing tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Mailreach, or similar
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead extraction tools (e.g., Apollo, PhantomBuster, Waalaxy)
  • Understanding of email warm-up, deliverability, and domain reputation
  • Strong research and scraping skills to find decision-makers in target markets
  • Comfortable using CRMs and spreadsheets to organize outreach
  • Good communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
