Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support and streamline our HR processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data management, supporting HR policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in HR operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.

· Generate and analyze HR reports using Excel, including headcount, attrition, attendance, and payroll-related reports.

· Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

· Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

· Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

· Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, benefits, and attendance.

· Liaise with vendors for background verification, insurance, and other HR services.

· Document HR processes and continuously look for areas of improvement and automation.

· Ensure timely submission of statutory compliance reports.

· Assist in audit preparation and documentation as required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, data visualization, and conditional formatting).

· Knowledge of HR systems (HRMS/HRIS) is a plus.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with HR software/tools like SAP, Oracle, BambooHR, or Zoho People.

· Familiarity with payroll processing or statutory compliance (e.g., PF).

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Full-time - Permanent

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (On-Site), 5 days a week

Office Location: Abacus Outsourcing, Edgerton Road, 1st Floor, Shaheen Complex, Near Shimla Pahari, Lahore.
