With our headquarters in the USA and our operational base in Pakistan, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Islamabad office.

We are seeking a dynamic, young, and energetic leader to join our team as Managing Director of our Pakistan office. The Managing Director will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within our offshore development group. Reporting directly to the top management in the USA, the Managing Director will be responsible for aligning the Islamabad office's activities with the company's overall strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of the Islamabad office's operations, including but not limited to project management, quality assurance, resource management, and administrative functions.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including setting clear KPIs and targets for teams and individuals.
  3. Foster a culture of trust, independence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the office, promoting values consistent with the company's ethos.
  4. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with the USA office, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of goals and priorities.
  5. Drive initiatives to improve employee retention rates, enhance team morale, and promote professional development opportunities.
  6. Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring the office has the right skill sets to meet client demands and project requirements.
  7. Monitor project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards, taking proactive measures to address any deviations and optimize performance.
  8. Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholder interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, incorporating relevant insights into the company's operations and service offerings.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the software development industry in Pakistan and USA.
  2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, software development processes, and quality assurance principles.
  3. Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs, drive performance improvements, and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across different functions and geographies.
  5. Education or work experience in the USA or European countries is crucial, with a deep understanding of Western work culture, business practices, and client expectations.
  6. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day operational realities.
  7. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  8. Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with a track record of making data-driven decisions and managing budgets effectively.
