Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Inbound Calls)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 - 70,000 per month (Fixed)

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our call center team in Lahore. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers in India and Bangladesh.

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Handling customer complaints with empathy and finding satisfactory resolutions.
  • Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services.
  • Following call center scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality service.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
