Job Description

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in developing and implementing performance management systems, at reputable organizations.

Qualification: BBA/MBA in Human Resource from HEC recognized University

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  1. Knowledge of designing & implementing organizational performance appraisal process
  2. Formulate key performance indicators and objective setting processes
  3. Implement comprehensive performance management and automation plans and enforce the performance cycle
  4. Represent performance data through dashboards

Job Location: Islamabad

Terms & Conditions
  1. Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  4. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  5. Age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the age limit.
  6. Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  7. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
  8. No TA/DA will be provided.
  9. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be presented at the interview.
