Job Description
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in developing and implementing performance management systems, at reputable organizations.
Qualification: BBA/MBA in Human Resource from HEC recognized University
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Knowledge of designing & implementing organizational performance appraisal process
- Formulate key performance indicators and objective setting processes
- Implement comprehensive performance management and automation plans and enforce the performance cycle
- Represent performance data through dashboards
Job Location: Islamabad
Terms & Conditions- Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- Age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the age limit.
- Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
- No TA/DA will be provided.
- Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be presented at the interview.
- Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc., will not be allowed during tests and interviews.
