Salary: Up to 100,000 PKR per month (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect to lead our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in mentoring team members, collaborating with international clients, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. We are particularly interested in candidates who have international exposure and can bring a global perspective to our work.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of architects and designers.
  2. Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including design development and construction documentation.
  3. Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their requirements and feedback.
  4. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla.
  5. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  6. Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  7. Attend meetings with international clients and represent the company professionally.
  8. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  9. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in the architectural field, with proven experience in a team lead role.
  3. International exposure is highly preferred.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients.
  5. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla is essential.
  7. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  8. Strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
