About the Role:

Noxlumyn is seeking a highly skilled and trend-savvyVideo Editor who specializes in creatingviral organic short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and high-retention long-form YouTube videos. You will play a crucial role in crafting engaging, fast-paced, and visually dynamic videos that captivate audiences and drive organic reach. If you have a deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and trend-driven editing styles (e.g., Hormozi-style, fast cuts, dynamic captions) and are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-powered editing tools, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-performing short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos optimized for engagement and retention.
  • Utilize fast cuts, motion graphics, dynamic captions, and trend-driven styles to enhance viewer experience.
  • Apply advanced color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to elevate content quality.
  • Analyze video performance metrics and optimize edits to improve audience retention and organic reach.
  • Stay ahead of trends in social media content, storytelling techniques, and engagement tactics.
  • Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and strategists to align video content with brand goals.
  • Leverage AI-powered editing tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Pika Labs) to streamline workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a video editor specializing in viral organic content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop with a strong grasp of advanced editing techniques.
  • Expertise in storytelling, pacing, and engagement-driven editing styles (e.g., Hormozi-style edits, fast cuts, dynamic captions).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze video performance and optimize content for maximum retention and reach.
  • Strong understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
  • Experience collaborating with content creators, marketers, and strategists to develop engaging content.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Pika Labs) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced digital media environment.
  • Ability to adapt and edit content based on trends and audience insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
