Job Title: Business Relationship Officer

The Business Relationship Officer plays a key role in managing and enhancing international partnerships within the fintech industry. This position involves maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, agents, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate must be proficient in written and oral communication, skilled in email drafting, and capable of conducting in-depth research and analysis to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with international partners, agents, and financial institutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
Communication & Email Drafting
  • Draft, review, and manage professional business emails for international correspondence.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and aligned with the company's branding and policies.
Research & Market Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the remittance industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to support business development strategies.
Operational Support
  • Assist in onboarding new partners and ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Support contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and service-level discussions.
  • Ensure that all business relationships comply with relevant financial and regulatory frameworks.
  • Identify potential risks in partnerships and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key business developments and partnership performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in the money remittance or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in email drafting and professional correspondence.
  • Analytical mindset with research and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the remittance industry is an advantage.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships in an international setting.

  • Time: Flexible Shifts (UK Banking Hours)
