Area of Responsibilities


• Facilitate DGM QA in the development of the Corporate QA Manual & Procedures

• Provide facilitation and develop documentation on the development of QA benchmark standards and practices

• Act as a document controller and data hub for all documents pertaining to the Corporate QA section

• Perform analysis of data from Corporate QA Audit and inspection reports

• Facilitate training of QA representatives from Business Units (BUs)

• Support BUs in identifying internal and external quality-related issues and relevant interested parties that support the company's strategic direction

• Develop templates for Quality Plans and related formats

• Develop and conduct training for Quality Teams in different BUs

• Coordinate with assigned QA representatives in BUs for data collection related to QA activities as required

• Develop QA training modules

Experience


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality systems and data analysis

• Working knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management systems

• Completion of a Quality Management System course from a recognized institute

• Certified Internal Quality Auditor

Education


• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
