Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science & AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy data-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analytics, along with experience in programming languages such as Python. You will be responsible for building intelligent solutions that leverage big data, deep learning, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LangChain to drive business insights and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop AI-powered applications using machine learning models and deep learning algorithms.
  2. Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  3. Implement predictive analytics and statistical models to enhance decision-making processes.
  4. Develop and optimize natural language processing (NLP) models, computer vision models, and recommendation systems.
  5. Work with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LangChain to build intelligent solutions.
  6. Deploy AI models into cloud-based or on-premise environments using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
  8. Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  9. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  2. Strong programming skills in Python.
  3. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  4. Proficiency in data wrangling, feature engineering, and data visualization.
  5. Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, or similar) is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and cloud computing.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience in reinforcement learning, generative AI, and edge AI.
  2. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and Graph databases.
  3. Understanding of business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  4. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
