INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Engineering Process Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in advancing Process Automation Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Renewable Energy. . At INTECH, you will contribute to groundbreaking projects, leveraging expertise in Integrated Control Systems, SCADA Virtualization, Wellhead Automation, and Telecommunication to drive operational excellence and innovation.

From virtualizing SCADA systems for satellite sites, pipeline networks, and digital oilfields to optimizing wellhead and upstream/downstream automation processes, INTECH's solutions empower industries to streamline operations, enhance reliability, and achieve superior performance outcomes.

What You'll Lead And Deliver
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of all initiatives with complete details.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups on action items to ensure timely progress.
  • Provide daily updates to the Engineering Manager on process and initiative status.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations outlining processes, timelines, and progress.
  • Draft new frameworks and procedures to support continuous improvement.
  • Review and revise existing frameworks and procedures for relevance and efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all defined processes and frameworks.
  • Handle portfolio reporting and maintain dashboards for tracking performance and status.
  • Deliver insightful analytics and reports using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in process coordination, reporting, or project tracking.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions).
  • Experience in process documentation, compliance, and reporting is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
