We are looking for a detail-oriented Grocery Order Picker to join our Operations team. The Picker will be responsible for accurately locating, picking, verifying, and packaging products using the Picker App, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer needs.

Product Picking: Pick items using Picker App from store shelves accurately based on the order details using items list preview and barcode scanning.

Order Management: Utilize the Picker App to view order lists, scan products, and update statuses in real-time.

Accuracy in Order Fulfillment: Ensure the correct quantity, size, and specifications of items are picked as per order requirements.

Packaging: Package orders securely according to company standards to ensure safe delivery.

Quality Check: Double-check orders to ensure accuracy in items and quantities before packaging.

Product Location: Use in-app navigation or category filters to quickly locate products.

Product Handling: Handle products carefully to prevent damage or spoilage during picking and packaging.

Prices Check: Verify product prices before handing over the order to the driver to ensure correct billing.

Item Substitution: Handle product substitutions based on best-match relevance when the original item is unavailable.

Stocking Responsibility: Handle accurate stock updates on the eCommerce platform by marking products as "in stock" or "out of stock" on Stocking app based on availability in-store or storage, and coordinating restocking for low-stock items.

Communication: Report any out-of-stock items or mismatched orders to supervisors immediately.

Bug Reporting: Correctly identify any bugs or irregularities and communicate or report them to the engineering team.

Other Task: Any other tasks may be assigned as per requirements.

Literacy: Must be able to read and write in English.

Physical and Mental Fitness: Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of an order picker.

Smartphone Ownership: Must own a smartphone compatible with the Picker App.

Familiarity with Technology: Able to use mobile apps and barcode scanning tools effectively.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Reliability: Diligent, punctual, and capable of working under time constraints.

Basic Math Skills: Must be able to count and verify quantities accurately.

Prior Experience: Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or retail picking is a plus.

Bike Riding Requirement: Ability to handle bike riding for local deliveries if required, though not the primary responsibility.

Driver License: A valid driver's license is required for this role to ensure safe and legal operation.

Google Maps: Proficiency in using Google Maps.

Training Provided: Full training will be provided on how to use the Picker App and store protocols.

Delivery Training: Full Delivery training will be provided on how to use the Delivery app.

Stocking Training: Full Stocking training will be provided on how to use the Stocking app.

Ongoing Support: Continuous support will be provided by the operations team to ensure smooth performance.
