The Operations Assistant Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the delivery of services to our clients. This role involves managing a team of service delivery professionals, monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and objectives.
  • Supervise a team of service delivery personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in service delivery efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) with clients and ensure compliance with agreed-upon service standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Handle escalated client issues and complaints, working to resolve them promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing service delivery staff.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to service delivery processes and procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on service delivery performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in relevant field.

Skills:

  • Must be able to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities.
