Position Purpose:

As an Assistant Director of Marketing, the Candidate must assist in digital marketing strategies and harness data-driven insights to optimize performance. You are also responsible for managing, guiding, and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team. This hybrid role requires expertise in strategic digital marketing, data analysis, and team leadership to drive measurable growth.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): MBA Marketing or Master's in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in content management is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields and 2+ years in management roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategy for the brand and all campaigns and support annual brand marketing plans including business objectives.
  • Putting Insights into Action: Leverage existing consumer research to identify trends in Customer behavior to capitalize on opportunities. Monitor the short- and long-term health of the brand by translating insights into action plans.
  • Conduct in-depth market and brand analysis to fully understand business performance and enable the development of brand growth strategy. Maintain a full understanding of the competitive environment to assess the impact on business. Identify research needs and have the ability to interpret results to identify opportunities.
  • Responsible for utilizing a diverse set of information and data to develop recommendations for program/campaign development.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns to generate leads, drive traffic, and boost conversions.
  • Develop multiple possible campaign directions based on insights, data points, and alignment with company strategy.
  • Analyse marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future strategies.
  • Create dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
  • Assist with overall marketing department goal planning, strategy and strategic initiatives, and calendar planning.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of requested operation meetings when needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution/effective communication and deliver on brand objectives. Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.
  • Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels.
  • Demonstrate experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Continuously obtain knowledge and resources to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the industry, applies the appropriate methods and approaches, provides leading-edge services, and retains its competitive edge.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Work with other marketing teams and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as per requirement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of digital and online marketing services such as website development, SEO, PPC, social media, and various other online marketing tactics.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and data analytics, with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Good at building relationships.
