Basic Requirements

Education and Major: A bachelor's degree or above is generally required, with priority given to candidates majoring in electronics, electrical engineering, power electronics, electrical automation, or related fields. This background helps candidates understand the technical principles and working mechanisms of inverters.

Work Experience: Relevant experience is usually required, such as over 3 years of experience in inverters or energy storage inverters, or over 3 years of experience in on-site maintenance services for UPS power supplies and inverter products. This ensures the ability to quickly handle customer issues.

Language Skills: For overseas business involvement, proficient English listening and speaking skills are required to independently explain products and conduct training in English. Some positions may also require proficiency in other foreign languages.

Professional Skills

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in high and low voltage power distribution and electronic circuit knowledge is necessary. Familiarity with inverter working principles, core functions, common faults, and solutions is required, with additional knowledge of photovoltaic systems being preferred.

Software Application: Ability to skillfully use office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Some positions may also demand proficiency in engineering

Fault Diagnosis: Strong fault diagnosis capabilities are needed to quickly locate problems based on customer descriptions and assist customers in resolving technical issues during inverter installation and usage through remote guidance.

Communication and Service Capabilities

Communication Skills: Standard Mandarin, clear articulation, and fluent expression are required. Good listening and questioning skills are necessary to patiently listen to customer needs, accurately understand problems, and clearly convey solutions to customers.

Service Awareness: A strong customer service mindset is essential, with enthusiasm and patience toward users. Candidates should proactively solve customer problems, handle complaints and dissatisfaction, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pressure Resistance: Due to the fast-paced and high-pressure nature of call center work, candidates must adapt to an intensive work environment, withstand emotional pressure from customers, and maintain a good working state.

Learning Ability: With rapid technological updates in the inverter industry, strong learning ability is required to quickly master new products and technologies and timely update knowledge reserves.

Teamwork: Close collaboration with technical teams and after-sales teams is necessary. Good teamwork spirit is required to actively share experience and solve problems collectively.

Responsibility: A serious and responsible attitude toward work, with a high sense of responsibility, is required. Candidates should follow up on customer issues promptly, ensure closed-loop problem resolution, and maintain the company's image and reputation.
