Senior Software Sales Closer — Custom Software & AI Solutions
IK Group of Companies | DHA Phase 8, Lahore | Full-Time, On-Site
Basic Salary: Up to PKR 200,000 per month, depending on proven experience, plus performance-based commission.
About the Role
IK Group of Companies is hiring an experienced Software Sales Closer to take ownership of an established inbound sales pipeline.
We are already generating approximately $15,000 per month in software development sales through Meta and Google advertising.
We need someone who can independently manage incoming enquiries, conduct discovery meetings with UK and US clients, negotiate pricing and close projects.
This is a closing position, not an appointment-setting or lead-generation-only role.
What You’ll Be Selling
- iOS and Android mobile app development
- Custom websites and web applications
- CRM and ERP systems
- AI chatbots, AI agents and business automation
- Bespoke software and enterprise solutions
Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries generated through Meta and Google Ads.
- Independently lead client discovery and sales meetings.
- Understand software requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals with technical team support.
- Negotiate pricing, overcome objections and close deals.
- Manage CRM pipelines, follow-ups and payment coordination.
- Generate additional opportunities through LinkedIn outreach.
- Maintain and grow our existing monthly sales performance.
- Proven experience personally closing custom software development projects.
- Strong understanding of mobile apps, websites, CRM/ERP and AI solutions.
- Excellent spoken English, comfortable leading 20–30-minute UK/US client meetings without assistance.
- Demonstrable sales revenue, deal values and closing results.
- Experience with international clients.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
- Full-time availability to work on-site in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
- Availability during UK/US business hours.
Important
We are not looking for someone whose primary experience is Upwork/Fiverr bidding, appointment setting or passing leads to another closer.
We need someone who has personally negotiated and closed software development deals and can demonstrate that experience in a practical interview.
Recruitment Process
Shortlisted applicants will complete an initial screening followed by an online Google Meet interview involving a practical software sales scenario.
