Position Purpose:

We are looking for a talented and passionate App UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us deliver outstanding expertise with Adobe photoshop, Illustrator and playstore graphics to design mobile applications.

Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field of design and development
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
  • 2+ years of proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Playstore graphics.
Responsibilities:
  • Proficiently use Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and tools especially Premier Pro for video Editing and design.
  • Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and detailed UI designs using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Create user-centric designs in line with industry trends.
  • Document and communicate design decisions, ensuring user needs are met.
Requirements

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, & illustrator is mandatory.

  • Experience in crafting clear wireframes for intuitive UI/UX in mobile and web applications, utilizing industry-standard tools

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of mobile design principles and best practices.

  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of typography, color, and layout.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.

  • Integrating feedback into design iterations and video content.

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality in designs.
