We are seeking a dynamic Overseas University Admission & Sales Counselor to join our Pakistan Regional Office team, combining student-focused counseling with strategic sales to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Admission Counseling:

• Advise students on UK and USA university selection, course options, admission requirements, Tuition Fee and Scholarship opportunities, IELTS and PTE, Pre CAS and Visa interview preparation, visa processes.
• Review and follow Up Submitted Direct University applications and Applications Submitted through UCAS and Common App.
• Provide personalized guidance on scholarships, funding opportunities, and career prospects.
• Stay updated on international education trends, university policies, and scholarship deadlines.
• Represent partner universities through webinars, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.

Sales & Business Development:

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into enrolled students.
• Generate new business through lead generation, client outreach, and relationship-building.
• Upsell value-added services (e.g., Scholarship opportunities, visa assistance, accommodation support, test prep).
• Collaborate with marketing team and universities to design promotional campaigns and recruitment strategies.
• Follow up with the university to expedite the issuance of the offer letter for the submitted application. Once the offer letter is received, promptly follow up with the student to meet the offer conditions and arrange the tuition fee deposit to secure the place and admission and close the lead.

Client & Partner Management:

• Maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
• Conduct webinars, counseling workshops, and in-person seminars at education fairs, schools, colleges and universities
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to streamline admissions processes.
• Travel to attend international education fairs, university partner meetings, and client events.

Qualifications:

• A-Levels followed by a bachelor's or master's degree especially from UK universities, LUMS, or other top-ranked universities in Pakistan. A background in educational leadership, counseling, overseas university admissions, or marketing is preferred,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions counseling, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record in meeting overseas universities admisson sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of international education systems (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Passion for education and student success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the education sector, particularly in overseas admissions.
• Certifications in counseling (e.g., NACAC, IECA) or sales (e.g., SPIN Selling, NEAT).
• Familiarity with visa processes (F1, Tier 4, etc.) and immigration regulations.

Job Type:

Full-Time (with periodic international travel)

Location: DHA or Gulberg Lahore Pakistan

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Performance-based bonuses & commissions

• Commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
