We are looking for a skilled and proactive Backend Developer with 8-9 years of professional experience and proficiency in Java and Node JS and related backend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and services that power our applications.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.
  2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java and Node JS.
  3. Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
  4. Optimize and refactor existing code for performance and scalability.
  5. Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
  6. Integrate third-party services and APIs.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug production issues promptly.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3–4 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and Node JS.
  3. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  4. Experience with Spring Boot, Micronaut, or similar frameworks.
  5. Proficiency in working with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  6. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
  7. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  8. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  9. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is an advantage.
