Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AVP - Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.

Oversee preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital.

Mentor and lead the finance team, ensuring high performance.

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Implement financial controls and manage risk.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CA, CFA preferred.

8+ years of finance experience, with 3+ years in a senior role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Leadership and excellent communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
