Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Manager of Artificial Intelligence at CareCloud. The Manager will be responsible for utilizing AI to enhance clinical workflows, analyze data, implement machine learning technologies, and conduct data mining tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions for various healthcare-related use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, clinical decision support).
  2. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  3. Identify opportunities for AI adoption and innovation across products and business processes.
  4. Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI and bring innovative ideas to the organization.
  6. Evaluate and implement AI tools, frameworks, and platforms suited for enterprise-scale deployment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  2. 6+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  3. Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, NLP, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and big data tools.
  4. Experience in healthcare AI or familiarity with healthcare datasets and regulations is highly preferred.
  5. Proven track record of deploying AI solutions into production.
  6. Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with AI/ML toolsets.
  2. Experience integrating AI into SaaS products.
  3. Familiarity with EHR, medical billing, and clinical workflow automation.
