We are looking for a full-stack engineer to join our founding team.

You will be a Co-founder, working alongside fellow Co-founders (CPO & CEO) to design and build Our Web and App.

You will receive a handsome salary along with a business equity percentage.

You will have opportunities to research new technologies and help shape how eienaar is built.

You'll help build the eienaar Technical Team as we grow and hire our first employees.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop, test, and launch scalable products.
  2. Set the technical direction for our product development; create and execute a strategic plan; identify the resources necessary to implement the plan; and oversee the entire process from start to finish.
  3. Work directly under the CEO and act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions according to the company's vision that will impact current and future operations.
  4. Stay on top of technology trends and developments.
  5. Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
  6. Build the MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
  7. Design and develop highly scalable production-level code for our enterprise products, including QA and testing.
  8. Execute as part of a cross-functional Agile team that rapidly delivers iterative value to customers.
Job Specification

Skills required:

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  2. Experience with APIs, AWS, and Agile methodologies.
  3. Working knowledge of development tools and processes.
  4. Passion for building innovative, scalable solutions that have real customer impact.
  5. No previous management experience is required, but as the Engineering leader, you will need to inspire, motivate, and lead other developers.

  1. Clear, professional communication (listening, oral, and written).
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  3. Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
  4. Good project and time-management skills.
