Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and innovative Associate Graphic Designer (AI Specialist) to join our talented design team. As an AI-powered designer, you will utilize the latest AI tools to enhance workflows, creating visually compelling graphic designs, motion graphics, UX/UI designs, multimedia content, and B2B solutions. Your expertise will enable our team to work more efficiently and produce high-quality, cutting-edge designs for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Design (AI-Enhanced): Use AI tools such as MidJourney, DALL·E 2, RunwayML, Artbreeder, Deep Dream Generator, Craiyon, NightCafe, Piktochart, and Fotor to generate visuals, illustrations, and layouts that meet client needs. Explore styles and concepts quickly through AI-driven design.
  • Motion Graphics and Animation: Create dynamic animations using AI tools like RunwayML, Deep Dream Generator, VQGAN+CLIP, Blender (with AI plugins), and Recraft.ai for engaging digital media content.
  • UI/UX Design: Leverage AI tools such as Figma (with AI plugins), Uizard, and Designhill AI Logo Maker for prototyping, wireframing, and testing. Enhance user interfaces and experiences with AI-assisted features.
  • Multimedia Content Creation: Use AI platforms like Mubert, Luminar AI, and NightCafe to create multimedia content combining visuals and audio for cohesive experiences.
  • B2B Design Solutions: Utilize AI-powered tools like Designify, Zyro AI, Piktochart, and Crello to craft professional assets tailored for B2B communications, branding, presentations, and digital marketing.
  • Design Automation: Implement AI automation tools such as Stable Diffusion, Bannerbear, and Recraft.ai to streamline workflows and generate design variations efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with teams using AI-assisted tools like Figma, Miro, and Trello to gather feedback and iterate on designs in real time.
  • Trend Research and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging AI design trends and explore new platforms like Stable Diffusion, Deep Dream Generator, and others to incorporate cutting-edge techniques.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years in graphic design, motion graphics, or UI/UX with a portfolio showcasing AI tool usage.
  • Proficiency with AI Design Tools: Expertise in platforms such as MidJourney, DALL·E 2, RunwayML, Artbreeder, Deep Dream Generator, Stable Diffusion, Fotor, Recraft.ai, Piktochart, etc.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-driven features; experience with Luminar AI and VQGAN+CLIP is a plus.
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Familiarity with UI/UX principles, design systems, and AI tools like Uizard, Figma, Sketch, and Designhill AI Logo Maker.
  • Motion Graphics Experience: Strong experience creating motion graphics and video content with AI platforms such as RunwayML, Blender, Recraft.ai, and Veed.io.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively solve design challenges using AI insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent skills working with cross-functional teams, using AI-enhanced collaboration tools.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with 3D design tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and branding in a B2B context.
  • Knowledge of generative design processes and AI's role in workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
