What We Expect:

  • List and sell residential real estate: showcase your expertise in listing and selling homes, guiding clients through every step
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts: skillfully negotiate terms that benefit both buyers and sellers
  • Provide a strong listing value proposition: prepare and deliver compelling listing presentations that highlight your unique value
  • Consult and guide clients: offer expert advice throughout the transaction process
  • Work hard for clients: dedicate yourself fully and enjoy the rewards of satisfied clients

Qualifications

  • MUST have an active real estate license and some closed deals experience
  • Live in or near SAN DIEGO
  • Full-time availability to both buyers and sellers
  • Willingness to participate in a 1-week onboarding process
  • Team-oriented mindset, encouraging knowledge sharing

Compensation

$89,000 - $187,000 yearly at plan
