Pastry Chef

Our bakery in Karachi is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts that will delight our customers. You will work closely with the bakery manager to develop new recipes and ensure the highest quality standards are met.

1. Prepare a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, breads, and tarts
2. Decorate pastries using various techniques to create visually appealing displays
3. Develop new recipes and creative flavor combinations
4. Ensure all pastry items are made to the highest quality standards and meet customer expectations
5. Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
6. Train and supervise kitchen staff on pastry techniques and recipes
7. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space

1. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end bakery or restaurant setting
2. Proficiency in creating various pastries, including cakes, cookies, breads, and tarts
3. Knowledge of decorating techniques for pastries
4. Ability to develop new recipes
5. Strong understanding of food safety regulations
6. Excellent time management skills
7. Team player with great communication skills
8. Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
