Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage and oversee the company's documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity. The Document Controller will be responsible for the management, distribution, tracking, and archiving of all technical and non-technical documents in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control the issuance, receipt, and tracking of all project and corporate documents.
  • Ensure document compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Maintain and update document control procedures and systems.
  • Organize and archive historical documentation and manage record retention.
  • Ensure timely distribution of documents and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor document workflows and collaborate with departments to maintain document consistency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Preparing document progress reports for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for managing documents effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and document control practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with project management
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in document control or administrative roles.
  • exposure to the oil & gas sector will be considered an advantage.
