Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Lahore. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best user experience.

Requirements

·Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and elegant design solutions.

·Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

·Design high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

·Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.

·Ensure consistency in design systems, styles, and branding across all platforms.

·Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and digital design.

·Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

·Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Qualifications

2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (mid-to-senior-level for more advanced roles).
