We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things social media and demonstrate a deep understanding of various platforms, trends, and strategies to effectively build and manage our online presence.

Position Overview:

As a Social Media Executive at Exaalt Solutions, you will have the opportunity to assist HOD in admissions campaign strategy. Manage digital campaigns, create engaging content, align cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency, and oversee external partnerships for optimal results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary liaison for agency clients, ensuring understanding of objectives and maintaining satisfaction.
  2. Optimize company and clients' social media presence, staying updated on platform changes for maximum visibility.
  3. Formulate a comprehensive strategy aligning with brand guidelines, identifying key themes for each platform.
  4. Develop and execute monthly content calendars for company and clients, aligning posts with marketing goals.
  5. Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies, adjusting based on performance.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
  7. Identify and engage influencers to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
  8. Develop and implement effective strategies to address negative feedback on social media promptly.
  9. Analyze social media metrics, prepare regular reports, and establish KPIs to measure ROI.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  2. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic displays.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns for clients.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
