Responsibilities:

  3. Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless operations. Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  4. Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control standards for regulatory compliance. Implement measures for continuous quality improvement.
  5. Cost Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Monitor and control operational expenditures.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement streamlined operational procedures. Regularly assess and enhance workflows for maximum efficiency.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations, ensuring compliance. Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
  8. Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to understand customer needs. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through improved processes.
  9. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement areas. Implement data-driven decision-making processes.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team contributions. Implement best practices and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a senior operational management role within the food industry.
  • Experience in food chain is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and quality control processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
