About the Role

We're looking for a digitally savvy, creative, and execution-focused professional to support the personal brand of a rising Gen Z thought leader in tech innovation, AI, and entrepreneurship. This is not your standard influencer support role, it's about building a powerful voice that shapes conversations around the future of technology, robotics, and policy.

You'll work closely with the founders to bring bold ideas to life online, across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. The content direction and tone will be led by the founders, but you'll drive the rollout, audience strategy, and day-to-day execution.

If you're highly organized, love storytelling, and understand how digital influence is built, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow alongside emerging talent.

What You'll Do

Support the development and rollout of a clear, authentic personal brand across social platforms.

Manage day-to-day content execution, from scheduling and posting to basic editing and performance tracking.

Create and repurpose content for Reels, carousels, newsletters, and short-form storytelling formats.

Handle community engagement: responding to comments, monitoring DMs, and keeping interaction alive and aligned.

Track trends, hashtags, and formats relevant to Gen Z tech voices, youth entrepreneurship, and thought leadership

Help identify opportunities for visibility like podcast features, guest posts, speaking slots, and cross-platform amplification.

Who You Are

1-2 years experience in social media marketing, digital branding, or influencer support

Up to date with trends in content and know how young digital influencers, especially in tech and innovation build and grow their presence

Strong eye for aesthetics and tone, you know how to make a post pop and resonate

Organized, proactive, and comfortable working behind-the-scenes to support high-visibility voices

Understand the business side of personal branding: reach, relevance, and reputation

Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, and basic analytics

A clear communicator and collaborator with a growth mindset

Bonus Points If You

Have worked with Gen Z creators, founders, or STEM influencers

Know how to edit compelling short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)

Have managed consistent personal brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Have a portfolio or examples of social content you've brought to life
