Job Summary

We are hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist responsible for ensuring that all MEP and Architectural/Structural quantity takeoffs are 100% accurate, error-free, and delivered as per client expectations. The ideal candidate will review project takeoffs, verify scope coverage, and uphold the company's commitment to high-quality, precise estimations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough QA reviews of MEP and Architectural/Structural takeoff reports before delivery.
  • Ensure complete scope coverage and flag missing or duplicated quantities.
  • Cross-check drawings and specifications to validate takeoff data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with estimators and technical teams to rectify errors and improve quality.
  • Maintain QA documentation, checklists, and approval logs.
  • Implement and enforce internal QA/QC processes to prevent recurring errors.
  • Report quality trends, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client requirements.
  • Assist in training junior staff on QA procedures and accuracy benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant QA experience in quantity takeoffs and drawing review.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, and estimation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive discrepancy identification.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical teams.
