Job Summary
Seeking a Junior QA Specialist to ensure product quality through manual testing, bug reporting, and verification. An ideal role for beginners or those looking to advance in software testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results
  • Report bugs, collaborate with development teams
  • Maintain test plans and perform regression testing
  • Design testing strategies covering all software aspects
  • Automate tests using Python or other tools
  • Recreate customer issues, provide usability feedback

General Requirements

  • Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of SDLC and STLC
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Technical Requirements

  • Experience in test planning, QA methodologies, and reporting
  • Knowledge of logs, debugging, APIs, JSON, XML, MQTT, databases, scripting languages
  • Experience with automation tools, CI/CD, performance/security testing a plus
