JOB TITLE: UI/UX Designer

FUNCTION: Marketing

SENIORITY: Non-Management

LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We seek a UI/UX Designer to work closely with our digital team to deliver seamless user interfaces for our e-commerce and internal platforms. This role involves overseeing the design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency with business goals and enhancing user experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
  • Designing UI concepts and implementing a design system approach.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create tailored user experiences.
  • Applying visual, UI, and interaction design principles with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Understanding Product Design and agile processes.
  • Capturing requirements and collaborating with business partners to realize their vision.
  • Designing usable, accessible, and engaging digital experiences and prototypes for web and mobile using tools like Adobe, Figma, and Principle based on user-centered design principles.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
  • At least 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • A proven portfolio of strong UI design projects.
  • Experience in UX Design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
