Cozmetica.pk (a leading e-commerce cosmetics platform) and OneSkin (our skincare brand) are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and timely enter data.
  • Purchase Management: Manage purchase orders, vendors, and supplier coordination.
  • Pricing & Calculation: Assist with pricing strategies and cost calculations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and plan for timely restocking.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring smooth handling of inventory, stock storage, and order fulfillment.
  • Reporting: Generate regular performance and sales reports.
  • Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel,
  • Communication: Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce platforms and business operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of purchasing processes and vendor management.
  • Excellent calculation and pricing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level).
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control processes.
  • Ability to generate reports, analyze data, and interpret trends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopifyand Odoo is a plus.
  • Prior experience in an e-commerce operations, inventory management, or warehouse management role.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or similaroperations.
