We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer (Freelancing Experience Required)

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer for a US-based company to join their design team. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone with prior freelancing experience, capable of managing tasks independently, and experienced in designing dashboards for web or mobile apps.

The candidate should be able to handle both UI/UX and graphics work — from wireframes and dashboards to social media visuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile dashboards (admin panels, SaaS, etc.).
  • Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on product requirements.
  • Create graphics and visuals for websites, social media, and branding.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Maintain consistency in design and adhere to branding guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

What We're Looking For:

  • Freelancing experience is required — you should be accustomed to managing design projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX dashboards and graphics design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Understanding of responsive and user-friendly design principles.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and give/receive feedback.
  • Bonus: Experience with social media design and content creation.

Fixed monthly salary of $620.
