Company Overview:

Hadron Solar is a leading end-to-end implementation company specializing in PV solutions for the Solar industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Consultation and Solution Selling:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.

- Provide expert technical advice and consultation to clients, recommending the most suitable solutions that align with their needs.

2. Business Development:

- Identifying and securing new business opportunities, by visits, cold-call methods and Social Media queries.

3. Relationship Building and Account Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales cycle.

4.Meeting Sales Targets.

Job Specification:

Qualifications:

- BBA/MBA or an Engineering degree from a reputable university.

- 3-5 years proven experience in technical sales, with at least 2 years experience in the Solar or Renewable industry.

- Strong understanding of PV solutions.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
