Position: LSP Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Register and update company documents on customer portals.
2. Handle customer billing (especially LSP clients) in compliance with Microsoft and internal requirements.
3. Follow up on purchase orders, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and invoice payments.
4. Maintain detailed records such as aging sheets and customer queries.
5. Share updated invoices, SOAs, and other documentation to recover outstanding dues.
6. Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system, ensuring all details are correctly captured (quantity, unit price, & time period).
7. Prepare daily and process invoice batches in Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in private equity or related fields.
