We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Closer to join our growing team.

Overview
  • Location: Pakistan/India (Remote – work from home with high-speed internet & good video call setup)
  • Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (New York Time)
  • Average Ticket Value: $3,000 – $5,000
  • Commission: 10%
  • Fully remote role
  • Option to start part-time before transitioning to full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with qualified leads, present SAL Accounting's services, and close deals.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers through consultative selling.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (professional services preferred).
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated.
  • Tech-savvy (CRMs, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
  • Bonus: Experience in accounting, tax, or financial services.
Preferred Background
  • Experience working with Canadian/North American clients.
  • Consultative, solution-based selling approach.
  • Skilled in preparing proposals, contracts, and engagement letters.
  • Familiarity with professional services (accounting, finance, legal, etc.).
What We'll Teach You
  • Basics of U.S. & Canadian tax to help you succeed in this role.
