This role will combine elements of customer service and sales. Sales & Service agents are responsible for creating an exceptional experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Selling products and services

• Working with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently

• Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals
