We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. Timing: 3 PM to 11 PM

Days : Monday to Friday

Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to attract and retain audiences.
  • Plan and execute campaigns that align with brand objectives and audience preferences.
Responsibilities
  • Audience Engagement & Growth: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build a strong online presence. Analyze audience insights and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare performance reports. Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Education and Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
